Make collecting donations from family and friends easy by creating your own personalized donation web page.  You can customize your web page with your child's picture  and add a personal comments and thank you note. Walk Mission

The  Michiana Walk for Down syndrome is a walk to promote acceptance,  raise funds for national research, and to provide local programs for support, advocacy and education. 

By participating in the  8th annual Michiana Walk for Down Syndrome (formerly called the Buddy Walk), you are helping to support the following:

  • Grants to help with medical or educational needs
  • Scholarships for a person with Down syndrome to attend higher education
  • New Parent Information & Resource Packets
  • School transition packets
  • Hospitalization get-well bags
  • Support for research and advocacy
  • Financial assistance for developmental/recreational activities
  • Educational Conferences
  • Parent Support Groups
  • Mom’s Night Out events
  • Family Parties and gatherings
